1. Shipping Regions: This includes domestic (Japan), while our current supported international shipping destinations are Hong Kong, Macau, and the United Kingdom.

2. Shipping Methods: Shipping methods depend on factors like your location, package weight, value, and delivery speed. Domestic shipping within Japan utilizes Japan Post and incurs domestic shipping fees, while for international shipping, we select EMS service to ensure the safest and fastest delivery during transit.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Time: Upon receipt of your order and confirmation of payment completion, we aim to process and dispatch within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary by destination, typically 5 to 14 business days for international shipping post-dispatch and 2 to 4 business days for domestic shipping within Japan. Due to inventory not being updated instantly due to time differences or updates, instances of out-of-stock items may extend delivery times. Please bear with us. Additionally, unforeseeable factors such as customs inspections, adverse weather, transportation delays (air or land), or human factors like strikes or war may lead to delivery delays. While we do not assume responsibility for such delays, we endeavor to provide the most accurate estimates.

4. Shipping Costs: Costs depend on the chosen shipping method, package weight, and destination. Exact shipping fees are displayed when customers select their region and enter the delivery address during checkout. Domestic shipping within Japan utilizes Japan Post and incurs domestic shipping fees.

5. Customs and Duties: Please note, import duties may apply to goods imported into the United Kingdom or other countries. These fees are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility to settle local import duties. Our product prices do not include import duties. We recommend verifying local import policies with the local customs department before purchase to avoid inconvenience or delays.

6. Loss or Damage: Despite our stringent packaging and shipping measures, in exceedingly rare cases, parcels may get lost or damaged. We do not assume responsibility unless the problem is caused by our packaging.
